With a Custom Program, I will provide you with a unique training split (via Google docs) tailored to your health and fitness goals, gym equipment access, and schedule. Once I create and share access, you can grab it and get to training immediately!
Once purchased and form collecting above information is submitted, you can expect a response via email within 24-48 hours.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM ONLINE COACHING?
Online Coaching is more guided where you would have access to exercise video demos, communication via email & app throughout the week for check-ins, form feedback (based on videos submitted), macro coaching, and more. This may be a better fit for beginner and intermediate lifters.
