WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Resistance band(s). It is highly recommended that you purchase a pack of 3-4 mini resistance bands (ex. 9.75’’ L x 2’’ W) with various resistance levels (ex. light, medium, heavy/ultra-heavy).
This workout plan can be completed with body weight only; however, resistance bands will make the workouts more challenging and efficient.
